Before you return any items, get in touch with us first! We have years of experience with the GreenGuard muzzle, and developed almost all of the accessory products ourselves, so we can help! You can find many solutions to common issues from rubbing to escape artists in our extensive video tutorial library.

If you are still having difficulty, simply take a couple of photos of the muzzle and halter on your horse with their head up directly from the side, and email them to us along with a description of your issue. We will get back to you with some suggestions. Worst case scenario, you can still return it if we can't get it to work! 

  

Domestic Returns (USA only)

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase regardless of whether items have been used. Items must be cleaned prior to returning.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

E-mail us at support@gg-equine.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will email you a return form and prepaid return label to ship your returned item(s) back to us. Please clean all items before returning. A $10 cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if items are dirty. 

PREP YOUR RETURN:

  1. The GG Equine Returns Form must be included in the package.  Returns missing this form cannot be processed.  
  2. All four (4) muzzle straps must be included with any returned muzzles.
  3. Undo any straps from the muzzle and halter before shipping.
  4. Clean any dirt or hair from used items.
  5. Use an appropriately sized bag or box. Do not bend or squish the muzzle in a package that is too small.

HOW WE PROCESS THE RETURN:

After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the account that was used for purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

 

Returns outside of 30 Days

We will accept returns outside of 30 days if the item is brand new with tags and in original packaging. E-mail us at support@gg-equine.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will email you the GG Equine Returns Form and prepaid return label to ship your returned item(s) back to us. 

After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the account that was used for purchase. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for returns outside of 30 days. Please note that original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

International Returns (including Canada)

We will accept international returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the same return instructions for USA returns except that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for emailing us the tracking number after you have mailed the return. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages that do not have tracking.
