Very well made and my horse adapted to it quickly. I would suggest getting the sticker for the back part of muzzle just in case you notice rubbing.
Good quality and complements the mask!
My little pony loves this muzzle! She meets me at the gate and willingly lets me put it on her. The last muzzle I used had her running away from me whenever she saw me with it. I’m able to leave her out with the herd and her weight stays right! So grateful for this product!
I have tried several grazing muzzles on my pony and she could escape or destroy all of the. The Green Guard muzzle is sturdy, stays put and does not aggravate her. Great product and customer service!
I am thrilled with this product. My fat Welsh pony really didn't take very long to get used to it and even though he managed to get it off a couple of times, a few easy adjustments sorted it out. He grazes easily without frustration. I also think the quality of the materials and construction seems to be really good so far. He is unfortunately off pasture completely at the moment due to a laminitis flare up but I look forward to being able to turn him out again in short stints and this muzzle definitely seems like it'll allow me to do that without worry once he's back to a good weight!
Lari, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences and these beautiful photos of your Welsh pony! What's his name? Our whole team is sending healing thoughts y'all's way for a quick recovery from his laminitic episode. If he manages to slip or wriggle out of his muzzle once he's back on pasture, send us a note and we'll be glad to help!
